The four segments of the podcast are the four steps to this Working. 

1. The Almanac segment, helps us with the Mastery of Awareness by highlighting potential energies to work with during the coming week. 
2. The Gratitude segment encourages us in the Mastery of Intention to harmonize our minds with our hearts and to perpetuate this field. 
3. The Silver segment focuses on expansion by learning something new. This week’s show features topics including, but not limited to, a deep-ish dive on Pythagoras after a tablet was discovered which bears the theorem attributed to him but is dated to a time before his existence. We also take a look on how Artificial Intelligence assists in translating obscure texts such as 16th century demonology manuals.
4. The Sword segment deals with the theme of thought and transformation. This episode, we conclude our reading of the Wisdom chapter from Fortune de St. Germain’s The Twelve Divine Virtues.
